All of an intermediary's work, in one workspace.

The web workspace where an agency runs its day. AI works inside each module as the part that prepares the work, not as a separate window.

The operations panel brings an intermediary's whole day into one web screen: customer and asset records, multi-insurer quotes, policies, renewals, claims and reports, alongside the calendar, team communication, HR and company vehicles. All of these modules are live. Collections, commission and central document management are on the roadmap.

How it works

The operations panel is in live use today. Collections and central document management are on the roadmap.

  1. 01 / 05

Record the customer and their assets

Customers are opened as individuals or companies, and personal ID and tax numbers are validated. Vehicles are recorded by plate or, when newly registered, by chassis number; homes by address, district, building age, floor and area. 'Fill from registration' reads a photo of the registration document with our in-house OCR service and pre-fills the form, and staff check and correct the values.

  2. 02 / 05

Send the quote to connected insurers

One request goes in parallel to the insurers connected for the selected lines. Before it is sent, each insurer's readiness shows: ready, waiting for missing information, or not connected for that line. Answers land in the same list as they arrive, and each insurer's result is tracked on its own row.

  3. 03 / 05

    Compare and issue

Selected offers sit side by side per line of business, coverage by coverage, with a one-sentence summary of the price and coverage difference to use with the customer. Where the insurer provides one, its own quote PDF opens. The chosen offer becomes a policy record after a pre-check for missing data and a payment plan with instalments and a start date; endorsements and cancellations attach to that record.

  4. 04 / 05

    Track expiries and opportunities

In the renewal list, the quote window opens ahead of expiry, timed by line of business. The radar view groups overdue and upcoming renewals into day bands. From any row, staff open a quote pre-filled with the customer, line and vehicle, record a result code and assign a salesperson. Adding a vehicle or home to a customer opens a new-business record automatically, and quotes and policies start from that list.

  5. 05 / 05

    Measure production

Reports filter by date, insurer, line of business and department and use a defined net production figure: cancelled policies and their endorsements come off both count and premium. The Excel export holds summary, monthly production, insurer, line-of-business, policy-detail and claim-detail sheets. The dashboard shows key indicators, production trends, today's work list, net production per staff member and recent activity.

  6. Illustrative. Names and values shown are examples. Step by step. Record the customer and their assets, Send the quote to connected insurers, Compare and issue, Track expiries and opportunities, Measure production.

Quoting

Live

Prices come only from the insurer.

The panel does not calculate premiums. Every price is an insurer's web service answer, and each answer is tracked on its own. Insurers without a connection receive no request, and no estimated price stands in for them.

  • Every answer shows its status: priced, needs insurer approval, declined or timed out.
  • When an insurer declines, its own reason is shown as given.
  • Bulk quoting for foreigners' health: upload or paste the list of insured people from Excel, add the required risk address, and each person is priced separately.
  • Bulk results show each insurer's quote number and premium, or why no price came back, in one list. Staff are notified when the whole list is priced and can export it to Excel.
  • Quote requests from the customer app arrive under Requests. Staff upload a price-comparison PDF; the system reads insurer, product, validity and gross premium from each row, checks the ID and plate match, and shows unreadable parts to staff before anything is published. Offers go to the customer's app, and the customer's choice becomes a quote and then a policy. The panel side is live; the customer app is at pilot stage.

Claims

Live

Each claim file keeps its correspondence and its clock.

Shares, currencies, documents, e-mail and service times live in the same file. Claim handlers see what is waiting and what is late without leaving it.

  • Co-insurance: set a lead insurer, and the total reserve splits by share automatically. Once every share is paid or closed without payment, for example as outside cover, the file closes itself.
  • Amounts can be in TRY, USD, EUR or GBP, converted at the central bank's foreign exchange selling rate or a manually entered rate.
  • Expected documents are checklisted per insurer; documents are uploaded, and PDFs and images preview in the panel. Document types, experts and cities are configurable, with document type names in Turkish and English.
  • Notification e-mails go to the insurer from inside the file, with attachments. Replies are checked every few minutes and added to the file's thread, and messages from addresses not linked to the file are held apart as unverified senders.
  • Performance tracking sets a business-day target for each stage, excluding weekends and public holidays. Late stages, compliance by handler, inspection times and time from notification to payment are visible. Each business-day morning, handlers get a summary of their tracked files in order of urgency.

Office and team

Live

The office's own work runs in the same panel.

Calendar, chat, announcements, HR and company vehicles sit next to the insurance work. Staff answer a meeting invite, request leave and log a fuel invoice without switching tools.

  • Calendar: meetings, events, trainings and reminders, open company-wide or to one department; month, week and day views, room and online meeting links, attend and can't-attend responses, and a conflict flag.
  • Chat and announcements: groups, read receipts, typing indicator, file and image sharing, mentions, online presence and a quick-chat window on every page; an announcement feed with images, likes and comments, pinning by managers, and a separate tab for system updates.
  • HR: leave, salary advance and vehicle requests, requests on someone else's behalf and a configurable approval flow. Annual leave accrues on the hire anniversary under Turkish labour law and unused days carry over; the request preview shows working days, holidays, remaining balance and the approver.
  • Company vehicles: who holds each vehicle and when, odometer, fuel, bridge and motorway tolls, tax, rent and other expenses. Fuel and charging e-archive invoice PDFs and fuel Excel files import in bulk from a folder, with already-recorded and faulty rows set aside before import. Reports show cost per vehicle, per plate per month and per kilometre.
  • Help Center: step-by-step guides with a small diagram of the screen at each step, tips and warnings, full-text search and short intro videos. 'Open screen' links are hidden from users without permission for that screen.

Use cases

From an intermediary's day.

  • 01

    The morning renewal round

The sales team starts the day on the renewal radar. From an own-damage renewal coming due, staff open a quote pre-filled with the customer, vehicle and line, and quote production collects prices from connected insurers. After the call with the customer, the salesperson records the result code. At the end of the day, the manager reviews the per-staff report in renewal tracking.

  • 02

A claim file after an accident

A customer phones in an accident. The claim handler opens the file and sends the notification e-mail with attachments to the insurer from inside it. The insurer's reply is added to the file's thread automatically, and missing documents show on the checklist. If the inspection stage runs long, the file moves up in the handler's morning time summary.

  • 03

Bulk health quotes for foreign employees

An employer sends a spreadsheet of its foreign employees. Staff upload the list to the panel, add the risk address and start the run. Each person is priced separately, and a notification arrives when the list is complete. Insurers' quote numbers and premiums go back to the employer in one Excel file.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the panel used for real work today?

Yes, it is in live use every day. New releases ship often, and each one comes with plain-language 'What's new' notes shown to users inside the panel.

Can I see a price from an insurer that is not connected by web service?

No. In the quote form that insurer shows as not connected for the line, and no request goes to it. No estimated price is shown.

Does the panel handle collections and commission?

There is no separate collections and commission module today. A collections, commission and reconciliation module that reads insurer statements and matches them automatically is on the roadmap. Central document management is on the roadmap too; today documents are managed inside the customer, policy or claim record they belong to.

What can each staff member see and change?

That depends on their role, menu permissions, access level and department scope. Buttons they cannot use do not appear, and the server applies the same rule independently. HR management is a separate permission.

How do we bring our existing records in?

Customer lists import from Excel through file, mapping and preview steps, and rows that fail validation wait in a correction queue. Renewal lists import through the same steps. Claim files also import from Excel with a preview, and the matching decisions made there are reused in later uploads. The Policy Transfer screen pulls approved policies from several insurers' web services for a chosen date range and only displays them: nothing is saved, ID numbers are partly masked, and access is permission-checked and rate-limited.
