Company
An R&D company building software for insurance intermediation.
Highlights
- In daily operations
- Live
- The operations panel and registration reading are used in the daily work of a real intermediary operation.
- Connected insurers
- 14
- A quote request goes to the web services of every connected insurer offering the line, at the same time.
- Registration reading
- 85.7%
- Field accuracy measured in production on real registrations. A value read reaches the record only after staff approve it.
About
About
Telesurety builds software for insurance intermediaries and does not act as an intermediary itself. Software prepares the work; responsibility and the decision stay with the organization. Our aim is for approval to take the place of manual entry in a staff member's day.
How we work
It starts in the field, and becomes product by measurement.
- 01
We start from real work
- 02
We hand the work to software
- 03
We don’t claim what we haven’t measured
- 04
We state the status plainly
We start from real work
Every product came out of the daily work of a brokerage operation: typing registrations by hand, re-entering the same details on every insurer’s screen, putting quotes side by side.
We hand the work to software
Software takes on the repeated work: it reads the document, goes to the insurers, prepares the comparison. Work it is unsure of is deliberately left to a person.
We don’t claim what we haven’t measured
We don’t claim a capability we haven’t measured. Registration reading’s 85.7% field accuracy on real registrations was measured in production.
We state the status plainly
Every product and part carries its status: live, partly live, pilot, prototype or roadmap. AI never starts a binding action.

What we do
A platform, products born from real workflows, the research behind them and principles written down from the start.
- 01
The operations platform
A platform for insurance agencies and brokers, built from the ground up with AI. From insurer connections to document reading, the current status of every part is stated plainly.
Details: The operations platform - 02
Products and their status
From the operations panel to the customer app, the products in use today and in development. We don't share customer or partner names; we state each product's status plainly.

Research agenda
The AI core rests on open problems too domain-specific to be solved by connecting to an off-the-shelf model. Each will be evaluated with its own measure, and the results will be shared, including the negative ones.

Trust principles
We wrote down up front what AI may do and what it may not: data protection, in-house models, human approval and audit trails. Items not yet complete are marked as roadmap.

Principles
The principles we build the platform on.
- 01
Each phase waits for real use
This is how we planned the roadmap: each phase opens only after the previous phase's modules are in real use at an agency. Insurer connections will move into Connector Hub the same way, each insurer verified first with an agency using it in real work.
- 02
Rules and models are kept apart
Premiums, insurer connections and permissions follow rules, and the premium comes only from the insurer's response. Irreversible actions are started by staff or by agreed rules, not by AI.
- 03
The baseline is recorded first
Measurement uses real documents never seen in training, and the baseline is recorded before work starts. Results will be reported by field type, and experiments that fall short will be shared too.
- 04
Customer data stays in-house
Models run on in-house servers in Türkiye. An external model may be used only to generate training examples from anonymous or synthetic data.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is Telesurety?
A company that builds software for insurance agencies and brokers. It does not act as an insurance intermediary itself; it builds the platform and products intermediaries run their daily work on.
Who is the platform for?
Agencies, brokers, agency software vendors, and channels such as car dealers, fleet and leasing companies. Today the web workspace is live, and a quote and policy API for corporate partners runs in a dealer network. A general API open to intermediaries and software vendors is on the roadmap.
How do I request a demo?
Fill in the form on this page; in the message field you can tell us which task takes the most time today. In the demo we show the products with sample data, following your workflow, and say plainly where each one stands today. If you want to continue, we write down a measurable goal and try the platform on your own documents.
Do you have open positions?
There are no openings at the moment; we publish open positions on this page. If you'd like to work on document intelligence, language models or insurance integrations, email us a short introduction.
Where is customer data processed?
Personal data is processed by models running on in-house servers in Türkiye and is never sent to an outside AI service. Processing follows Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and controller and processor roles are set out in the contract.
